Grab the initiative and dictate the game!
The initiative is the ability to create threats the opponent cannot ignore. This course teaches you how to push your opponent against the ropes and keep him on his toes every step of the game.
This is why Ukrainian chess champion and former 2600+ rated Grandmaster Mykhaylo Oleksiyenko is the man to listen to.
As a player, GM Oleksiyenko’s handling of the initiative is outstanding. His dynamic play helped him win the Ukrainian chess championship twice and beat top-100 players like Vasyl Ivanchuk, Pentala Harikrishna and Radoslaw Wojtaszek.
He is also an excellent coach with a diverse list of students – from club players, national teams, to 2600+ grandmaster colleagues.
Simply put, he is one of the best teachers on this topic if you want to learn how to press your agenda and make every move count. And in his first ever Chessable course, he shows you exactly that.
