Tackle the Anti-Sicilians with These Dynamic Antidotes
Every Sicilian player has had this feeling – you’re booked up, you’re ready for a fight and the mainlines are your playground. And then your opponent wheels out an Anti-Sicilian that you haven’t looked at in years.
IM Aljoscha Feuerstack created this repertoire to make sure you’ll get interesting and dynamic positions. You might not be able to get your favorite mainline, but you’ll get unbalanced positions that still feel like a real Sicilian.
The repertoire covers the 2…e6 move order. It’s the perfect supplement to repertoires built around:
♟️ The Taimanov
♟️ The Kan
♟️ The Four Knights – like IM Feuerstack’s recent course

The backbone of the repertoire starts here
This starting point gives Black a simple and clear plan against most Anti-Sicilians. You’ll be able to follow up with d5, at some point, and there’s little White can do to prevent that.
Of course, move 2 alternatives are covered in depth. Against the Alapin, you’ll be able to develop quickly and use your active queen to win important tempi.

Easy development and easy play
Against the Grand Prix Attack, the early d5 break takes a lot of sting out of White’s attack.

We’re even ready to play e5 and seize control of the center
There are alternative lines offered, allowing you to tailor the repertoire depending on exactly which Sicilian you like the most and which positions you want to head for. You won’t need to be worried about move order trickery getting you into unfamiliar territory.
And this comprehensive course covers even the rarest Anti-Sicilians, so you’ll never be caught off guard. Whether it’s the Bowdler Attack, the Zvjaginsev variation or the Smith-Morra Gambit, you’ll be ready for anything.
Aljoscha Feuerstack is a German International Master with a peak rating of 2488. He regularly represents St Pauli in the German Bundesliga – a team that recently added Magnus Carlsen to their impressive roster.
Taking on an Anti-Sicilian used to be a chore, it used to be so much less fun than your mainlines. But once you’ve studied Anti-Sicilian with …e7-e6, you might be even more excited to see these variations on the board.
